We had soil service redo our front landscaping. We love it! Colleen kept us up to date on when the crew was coming and the crew was great! She also answered all our plant questions. We would highly recommend them.

The employees aren’t just seasonal hires, they have degrees in horticulture. These professionals can help you with knowledgeable advice and assist in diagnosing your garden and lawn challenges. The place to go in KC!

I needed help designing my flower beds. Claire was SO helpful! She designed my whole flower beds and told me exactly how to take care of the plants. Would recommend to everyone!

I love this place. Yes, it's a little more expensive on SOME items, but you truly get quality plants and service. The employees are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and overall nice folks! I believe the west side of troost store has mostly house plants and a huge outdoor area for tropicals, annuals, perennials, and herbs. Whereas the east side of troost store has some house plants(actually quite a few), the majority of the space over there is for larger outdoor stuff, think trees, bushes, lawn care and fountains. I did see a beautiful and very large "sweetheart" hoya at the east side store. Like I said, they have some house plants on the east side store! They also have a loyalty rewards program. I had accumulated fifteen dollars from May-July and treated myself to a few sale plants for fun. I think it's awesome that a small local company would offer something like that to its customer base. Overall, I highly recommend this store. The quality of service and product is far superior to any corporate nursery and even a few local nurseries! The staff is kind and knowledgeable, and you can find really great deals if you know where to look!
